How to Get Started

Welcome to the DSI TruCheck Tutorial Web portal.  This is where you can find all the help you need to get started using TruCheck. 

What to do First
You must have an account to login to TruCheck.  Here are the steps below to get you started.

  1. Download Point of Contact Form, print it and have the APO/UPO sign it
  2. Fax the Point of Contact Form to DSI at 770-760-1878
  3. Downlad the End User Form, print it and have the APO/UPO sign it also.
  4. Fax the signed End User Form to DSI at 770-760-1878
  5. Once the two documents are receieved and verified by DSI we will create your login
  6. You will receive an email with your login information so that you can access TruCheck
  7. Click here to view a slide show on how to login and get starting using TruCheck

Open Letter to State of Georgia

As of March ….., 2009 Database Systems International Inc. was awarded a Contract by the State of Georgia to perform Pre-employment Background Investigations for approved Agencies and Universities. 
 
Per the State Contract, only the APO/UPO’s can sign up their agencies. Attached are the two forms (POC form and End-User Authorization Form) which must be filled out and returned to DSI via fax (770) 760-1878 or e-mail (sales@dsiinc.net).  Once these two forms have been returned, your agency will be input into the system. An e-mail will then be sent directly to authorize users with your log-in information.   We want to make this transition as easy as possible for you!! 
 
POC Form

The first form is the POC form. This is our point of contact form. 
  • The top section of this form includes basic information about the agency (i.e. name, address, phone numbers, etc.).
  • The second section is the contact information for the Primary APO/UPO. This section is vital! Due to the procedures put in place by the State of Georgia, DSI is required to have the APO/UPO’s contact information and signature on each form! Also included in this section are the standard screening requirements per job description (i.e. different levels of screening for different levels of employees, etc.) and your preferred reporting protocol.
  • The third section of this form includes billing information. DSI asks that you add in the “Additional Notes” section if you would like for your accountant to have access to the results of your cases in the HR TruCheck system.
End-User Authorization Form

  • The second form is the End-User Authorization Form. In the top section the name of APO/UPO giving the authorization should be written or typed on the blank line.
  • All employees that you would like to have access to the HR TruCheck system should be listed in the boxes provided.
  • Finally, the bottom should contain the contact information for the APO/UPO along with their signature.

Please note that some agencies/university have already been activated. It is not necessary to fill out the attached paperwork if your agency/university have already done so.
